T. Wilson Delivers Critique of Sorrell's Report

On October 10, 2002, Professor T. Hunter Wilson gave his lecture based on his own scholarly analysis of Sorrell's report. His critique, entitled "Practical Criticism: Incompetence and Dishonesty in the Official Investigation of the Police Shooting of Robert Woodward", examined the the conclusions of the Attorney General in light of the eyewitnesses evidence, which he had obtained from the Attorney General's office with some difficulty. Wilson's analysis cuts through the layers of obfuscation of Sorrell's report to bare the core issue of the case: whether Woody threatened. The contention that he did is made only by the three police officers and by none of the 18 church eyewitnesses present.
